Moreno Valley is located in the heart of Southern California's Inland Empire halfway between Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Highway 60 and I-215 provide residents with easy access to local mountains, beaches and deserts. The city encompasses 50 square miles with a great deal of open space, numerous mountain trails for hiking and biking and numerous parks.

The community has experienced a strong population growth over the past decade thanks to affordable housing prices. Moreno Valley is now home to more than 201,000 residents that enjoy a strong economy, lush landscapes, a low crime rate and a good school system.

Moreno Valley is a typical Southern California city with residents taking advantage of the excellent weather to enjoy a wide variety of recreational opportunities. While the city has been known as a commuter community, strong growth in the retail and manufacturing sectors within Moreno Valley and in surrounding communities is lessening the need for residents to hit the road.

Hilltop estates and horse properties are usually priced in the higher end of the pricing spectrum.
